Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information VYRE collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. VYRE is in development and is not yet a live financial service, so today the only personal information we handle is what you give us to join the waitlist, plus privacy-preserving analytics about how the site is used.
Who we are
VYRE is a product of First Route Holdings, built in partnership with Islamabad Exchange Company. First Route Holdings is the controller of the information described here. You can reach us any time at info@vyre.pk.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
- Your language preference (English or Urdu), so we can write to you appropriately.
- Basic, anonymised usage data. To understand how many people visit and which pages they read, we log page views with a one-way hashed, shortened fingerprint of your IP address and browser. This is aggregate and first-party. It cannot be traced back to you, and it does not use cookies.
We do not ask for your name, phone number, financial details, or identity documents on this site. There are no VYRE accounts yet, so none of that data exists.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To tell you when VYRE opens. We use your email only to write to you about the launch and closely related updates. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
- To keep the site working and free of abuse. A hidden anti-spam check helps us block automated signups. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
- To understand aggregate traffic. Cookieless, anonymised analytics help us improve the site. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest, and the data does not identify you.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or analytics services. Our visit counting is done first-party and without cookies, which is why you will not see a cookie consent banner here. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookie.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. Your email may be handled by the email provider we use to store the waitlist and write to you, acting on our instructions. When VYRE launches, some services will be delivered through licensed partners, including Islamabad Exchange Company. If that involves your data, we will explain it clearly before it happens.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist email until VYRE launches and for a reasonable period afterwards, and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless you ask us to remove it sooner. Anonymised analytics logs are aggregate and kept for a limited period for trend analysis.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and every email we send will include an easy way to unsubscribe. To exercise any of these, email info@vyre.pk.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation and under Pakistan's data protection law, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Keeping it secure
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and the waitlist is stored in a protected location that is not publicly accessible. No method of storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.
Changes to this policy
As VYRE grows toward launch, this policy will develop with it. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
