Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the VYRE website at vyre.pk. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site is a preview, not a service
VYRE is in development. This website exists to describe what we are building and to let you register interest. It is not a financial service. There are no VYRE accounts, no money movement, and no investment products available through this site today. Nothing here is an offer to provide a regulated service, and any product shown is a designed preview using sample data.
Forward-looking statements
The site describes features and plans that are still being built. They will launch in Pakistan subject to regulatory approvals, and details, timing, pricing, and availability may change. Any rates or fees shown are indicative examples, not a live quote or a commitment. VYRE is not a bank. Where investment products are offered in future, they will be provided through licensed partners, capital will be at risk, and returns are never guaranteed.

The content on this site is general information about VYRE. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and it does not take account of your personal circumstances. Please seek independent advice before making financial decisions.
Joining the waitlist
Joining the waitlist registers your interest and lets us email you about the launch. It does not create an account, reserve a place, or guarantee that VYRE will become available to you or launch on any particular date. You can ask to be removed at any time by emailing info@vyre.pk.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully and reasonably. Do not attempt to disrupt it, break its security, scrape it at scale, submit false or automated signups, or misuse the contact and waitlist forms.
Intellectual property
The VYRE name, logo, wordmark, copy, designs, and other content on this site belong to First Route Holdings or its partners and are protected by law. You may view and share the pages, and you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse the branding or content for your own purposes without our permission.
Third-party links
Where the site links to other services, such as your email app, we are not responsible for those services or their content. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
The site is provided as is
We work to keep the site accurate and available, and we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, VYRE and First Route Holdings are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as VYRE develops. When we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan will have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. This is a sensible default and is subject to legal review.
